how to place an ad 2 steps
(1) Complete the Form
Fill & submit the adjacent form (no payment required at the time of ad placement).
All fields marked with (*) must be filled.
All information entered in the table will be visible to others once live on this site.
Note: for ‘job type’ more than one job type can be selected eg: Part Time & Full Time
Note: For ‘profession’ more than one profession can be selected eg: both Ophthalmic receptionist & typist OR eg: both HR Manager & Clinic Coordinator
(2) Email Us
Email us immediately after the Ad form is submitted to disclose the following pieces of information: (A), (B) , (C).
(A) Specify one of the three Ad options below:
- Website listing only or…
- Website listing + social media or …
- Website listing + social media + logo incorporation.
(B) Specify the name of the Advertising Consultant – whom you have engaged with (otherwise simply write N/A for this section, if you have NOT dealt with any of our advertising consultants)
(C) For logo incorporation: Please attach your logo (PNG /JPEG/PDF)
